Where are your stores located?

We have two Upstate New York locations: Syracuse at Destiny USA, and Rochester at The Mall at Greece Ridge. See our Contact page for addresses, phone numbers, and hours.

How do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship via UPS within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, fully insured and requiring a signature on delivery. Shipping is free on all orders over $500.

What is your return policy?

We offer exchanges only, not refunds. Items must be in their original condition, and custom-made pieces are final sale. There is no restocking fee. To start an exchange, email us through our Contact page. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All items are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. Physical damage is not covered, but we offer in-house repair at a discounted rate for pieces purchased online or in store.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer Acima, Snap Finance, Progressive Leasing, Synchrony Financing, and traditional layaway. Learn more on our Financing page.

Do you repair jewelry and watches?

Can you make a custom piece?
