Shipping
- We ship via UPS, within the United States only.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery.
- Shipping is free on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- There is no restocking fee.

Warranty
All items are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. Physical damage is not covered, but we offer in-house repair at a discounted rate for pieces purchased online or in store.
